Show Notes: Body After Baby
Hey, hey friend! Welcome to Episode #107 of The Secrets of Supermom Show!
When someone says work-life balance do you sort of want to laugh? Do you believe it is simply not possible with the load you carry?
I see you.
You are spending late nights and early mornings just trying to catch up.
Your to-do list feels like it gets longer by the minute.
You have your laptop with you wherever you go.
You constantly feel exhausted and drained even after the occasional good night’s sleep–if you can even squeeze in one.
You feel under pressure every day, even when you “should” be relaxing.
What if I told you there was a better way?
What if I told you that you didn’t have to choose home over work or trade one for the other?
What if there was a completely different way you could look at work-life balance that actually worked?
If you found yourself nodding along, I personally invite you to register for my free workshop where I unlock the secrets to help you achieve real work-life balance even as a crazy busy, seriously ambitious mom.
I can’t wait to show you what it’s like to have more time, less stress, and boundaries you can count on. Head to secretsofsupermom.com/balance for all the details!
Today’s guest and I met through a mastermind group we are in together, and I loved her from the start.
Jenn has been a Personal Trainer for over 10 years in corporate and private gyms before she started her own online business in Fall of 2021. Jenn knows what it’s like to be a busy working mom because when she’s not in her office helping pregnant and postpartum moms get active she is chasing after her 15-month-old daughter, 2 step kids 8 and 10, or breastfeeding her newborn who just arrived in November, literally days before we recorded our episode. She is a true supermom.
Jenn helps pregnant and postpartum women move their bodies through safe and effective exercises. Jenn hears daily from women who get conflicting information about exercising while pregnant. Jenn believes moms should want to exercise to prepare for the physical demands of labor, fewer complications in delivery, and recovery after delivery.
Jenn teaches and supports moms to have a healthy body for mom and baby with a positive mindset before, during, and even long after pregnancy.
I am happy to introduce you to Jenn!
