  • You start your month stress-free because you already planned out all the most important parts of your life
  • Each week you plan out your perfect week knowing that you will stay consistent and accountable to YOU
  • You create a life where you actually have more time to do the things you love

I have been so excited for my guest today because this is a guest I know in real actual life. Like, I can hug her and everything. I know Alison from a group we are part of with our children, and I had the pleasure of taking training from her after completing the Myers-Briggs and Working Genius inventories. It was so eye-opening to see how we work in certain ways in the group we are in, but also in how I operate in my leadership position in my career and at home. Because if a mom isn’t a leader I don’t know what is!!

We talk about how you can use these assessments in your career as well as at home and also talk about the book The Three Big Questions for a Frantic Family by Patrick Lencioni (creator of Working Genius) and how this can be so beneficial for your family life. One of the questions inside is “what makes our family unique?,” and we did this as a family after this interview. It was awesome, and we have the poster board we made hanging in our laundry room. If you decide to do one, we would love to hear about it!
