Today, Sarah Hart Unger joins us. I first heard Sarah on the Best of Both Worlds podcast where she co-hosts with Laura Vanderkam. Y’all might have heard me mention Laura in the past since I love her book 168 Hours. (We’ll have to try to get her on the podcast in the future.) They talk all about loving your career while at the same time loving your family and how to thrive in both. Totally up our alley, amiright?!
Anyway, through listening to Best of Both Worlds, I found out that Sarah had her own podcast specifically focused on planning called Best Laid Plans. Be still my planner-loving heart.
So, when I had this big idea for this series, Sarah was literally one of the first people that came to my mind. So, I crossed my fingers that she would say yes, and am just so grateful she did.
Not only does Sarah host two podcasts, but has been posting on her website theshubox.com since 2004, is a practicing physician, and is a mother of 3. Y’all she is a true supermom and passionate about planning as a tool to help you get the most out of life! She is literally the perfect guest for this series.
Friends, if you love this episode and this series, I would sure love for you to share it with a friend. And if you have been really loving it, I would appreciate nothing more than a rating and review on your favorite podcast platform. The more moms living their best life, the better.
I am thrilled to introduce you to Sarah Hart Unger.
